Technical Building Control

The role of the technical controller is to contribute to the prevention of the various technical hazards likely to be encountered in the construction of works, in accordance with article 8 of the Spinetta law of 4 January 1978.

Mandatory certificates

These are certificates issued in addition to technical inspections.
However, they can also be taken out without a technical inspection.

Technical assistance

ALEOS Contrôle can help you with your technical audits, including : Fire safety, disabled access, solidity.
These opinions are a true statement of the situation, without any recommendations that are contrary to the Technical Control profession.

Regulatory technical checks

Regulatory technical inspections relating to refurbishment work in ERP and IGH buildings, with a view to drawing up regulatory inspection reports after work (RVRAT) or after formal notice (RVRMD).
